LawnLedger collects only the account details and proof-of-service data needed to run the product, support billing, connect selected Google Nest cameras, and deliver customer alerts.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, property labels, selected camera names, alert preferences, billing status, service preferences, visit timestamps, event metadata, snapshot previews when available, confidence scores, review choices, and notes you save for invoice review.
Google Nest and Google user data
When you connect Google Nest, LawnLedger asks Google for permission to access Device Access data for the cameras you choose. We use that access to receive camera events, request supported camera image previews or live-frame snapshots, and create dated proof records for your property. We do not use Google Nest data for advertising, resale, credit decisions, or unrelated surveillance.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the private dashboard, send same-day alerts and monthly recaps, maintain billing, troubleshoot account health, suppress duplicate events, and provide support. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and sharing
LawnLedger stores account records, proof records, selected snapshots, and review state in the systems needed to operate the service, including Google Cloud services used by this product. We share information only with service providers needed to run LawnLedger, process billing, deliver email, or comply with law.
Your choices
You can disconnect Google Nest access, change alert recipients, cancel billing, or ask for account support. If Nest access is removed, new visit proof may stop until access is restored.
